A 47-year-old man has been accused of posing as a dentist, treating a woman for a toothache and kissing her buttocks after administering an injection, according to a Hollywood police report. John Collazos was arrested Monday and charged with practicing dental hygiene without a license in a Hollywood case stemming from November 2010. He was also arrested in September for practicing dentistry without a license in Davie. Police said that Collazos treated the unidentified woman in an apartment in the 2000 block of Fillmore Street on Nov. 19, 2010, and charged about $65 for the services. The Hollywood apartment had a waiting room area and was fully equipped with dental equipment, the woman told police.
