Milwaukee Bucks centre Andrew Bogut is ahead of schedule on the rehabilitation of a lower left leg sprain that originally was expected to sideline him for six to eight weeks. Stotts said he expects to know more about a revised timeline for Bogut's return next week. Bogut returned to the court in practice this week, but only to shoot a few baskets.</div> Link
Absolutely great news. We need our big man on the court, both for our short-term success as well as for his long-term development. I just hope we don't rush him back too soon. If there's anything sure about this whole situation, it's that we don't want to damage him for the rest of his career by putting him back in the lineup too early. We've had too many problems with big men being busts, and this guy won't be as long as he has a healthy career.
I agree. We're all interested in seeing how good this years team can be but there is no reason to put this kid's career in jeopardy in exchange for a couple of victories in November.
