Can we take a poll to see how long it takes for this thread to get locked up?

There’s definitely an argument for resting our players.

The chances of us dropping to 5 aren’t very good. It may well be worth some much needed rest. Dame looks exhausted, it’s not a good way to enter the playoffs. CJ could also likely use some rest.

Not sure the difference between a 4 and 3 seed is really worth much.

Poopovich would be resting his players in this situation.

CJ's had plenty of rest. If he's healthy, he needs to play.

I can see the argument for resting Dame, but only if CJ is healthy enough to start at the point.

How could the guy who just missed the last 9 games, need some rest?

The first Nug game thread has been unlocked since last night.

The 2nd one I will unlock later, there was nothing related to the actual game being discussed in it.

I'm only locking them so the arguments stop and it would be great if we don't just start them back up in here.

(Not saying that you are. Only explaining the intent behind my actions.)

Meh. Im sure there will be some that use my post as a spark.
I get your actions. Just finding it humorous that nothing really changes.

I've solved the argument...it's called "toothpaste" because of equality and inclusion and yes...I'm still a PC libtard!

You’re asking how someone with a serious knee injury could possibly need rest?

Well, he didn't have a serious knee injury and also rest does not equal recovery time, which is an argument you could make.

    Rest = I'm tired.

    CJ Is not tired.

Watching cj last night i think he needs more minutes.

He had bounce but his shot was a bit off. He need ls more run before the playoffs.

“He missed the last 9 games”

“He didn’t have a serious injury”

    Uh...

Stotts is known for rushing players back. He said he wanted to get CJ reps before the playoffs - CJ said he didn’t need them. You can basically infer that Stotts is making CJ play, which I think is dumb

Yeah, if it was serious he wouldn't be returning. kind of like Nurk, that's a serious injury. He's not returning.

Lol there’s steps between “serious” injury and a season ending injury. Just bc your knee didn’t snap in half and take you out for an entire season doesn’t mean your injury is not “serious”.

To me nurk has a career threatening injury.

A serious injury is an injury that you may never 100% recover from and be the same, but can still play.

Cj is neither of these. Cj was a standard nba injury most every player has at some point.

Dame missed what 7 games in a row last year? Was it a serious injury?
