    from Netsdaily:</p>

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Bostjan &ldquo;Boki&rdquo; Nachbar emerged as one of the surprises of last season, coming out of nowhere to establish himself as the Nets&rsquo; sixth man. Averaging just under 10 points a game and hitting 112 three&rsquo;s on 42.3% shooting, he looked like he had finally arrived. Now comes word that Nachbar has improved off that performance and is one of the most impressive Nets in camp. He credits a long summer off.</div></p>

    link-Nets Notebook</p>

    Coach's Take:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Lawrence Frank on Nachbar: "The confidence he's played with, it's great. Plus the good thing about [Nachbar], on the offensive end he's doing all the little things. He's doing his setups. He's hard to guard off screens. He's making good passes. He's really played well."</div></p>

No word on defense, tho. probably the same as last year's.</p>

    also, on DA:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Darrell Armstrong brought his energy and enthusiasm to his first Nets' practice. The newly signed Armstrong said the Nets haven't guaranteed him a roster spot, but he pressures the ball, organizes the offense and is vocal, which are things Frank wants from a backup point guard. They also need Armstrong with Marcus Williams sidelined 6-8 weeks after foot surgery.</p>

"I can get you 10 to 12, 14 points a night from 14 to 15 minutes, and get defensive stops, and get pressure, and can change the game," Armstrong said. "That's my job. My first job is to put pressure on the ball, get the tempo changed if it's not already in our favor."</div></p>

Man, DA is SO stealing Marcus' job. It's not even funny.</p>

and that's just based on defense alone. I wonder how Marcus feels about this move.</p>

I miss those highlight Boki dunks from last year.</p>

Can't wait to see what he does this year. We'll need his shooting all year long.</p>

Hopefully he'll play better defense. that's what the team needs the most--the weak link theory</p>
