Casting Scott and Waltz as villains is a lazy move but they are both good enough actors to keep it afloat. I imagine Waltz as Blofeld will be pretty funny. I thought they might not try to make another nostalgic Bond film but it sounds like they are going down that road again. Skyfall was great so hopefully Spectre will be more of that and less of Quantum and Casino.
I enjoyed Quantum and Casino Royale more than Skyfall, personally. I hope they drag SPECTRE out over several films, introducing a villain related to the organization each time and later introduce Blofeld, who is a mysterious shadow figure again.
