<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">For a week, Chris Duhon didn't say much about the bone bruise on his right knee. Tuesday, he couldn't avoid it. The injury kept him out of practice and leaves him questionable for Wednesday night's game against Golden State. He suffered the injury in the season opener last week against Charlotte when he and Raymond Felton collided. "I've been trying to fight through it," Duhon said. "Some days it feels good, some days it doesn't." He has had notable success despite the pain and fluid buildup. Against Charlotte, Duhon recorded his first triple-double with 18 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds. Saturday night against New Jersey, he had 11 points and 10 assists, although he followed with a quieter night Monday against San Antonio?four points and six assists. "Once the ball goes up ? you're trying to get a win," Duhon said. "You tend not to think about it, [but] there are definitely times in the game where you feel it bothering you."</div> Source
Wow if we lose Duhon its gonna hurt us bigtime. He is turning into one of the best true pointguards in the NBA. But I hope that he does whats best for his knee because I'd hate to lose him after the allstar break because of this injury. Get well soon Chris! Go Bulls!!
Time for last year's Ben Gordon to show up. Losing Duhon is going to hurt if Gordon continues to struggle. There next three games feature strong guard play, Baron Davis & JRich twice, and the Jazz's deep bench keyed by Deron Williams. The Bulls backcourt will be put to the test.
I read another article I read today it said that the Bulls have him listed as probable, but do not really see it as a injury that will hinder him for a long time. If he does sit out this game it is understandable, because it is early in the season, and we don’t want it to hinder him later on in the year. However, I do not expect him to be out a extended period of time. Update: From Bulls.com <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Bulls guard Chris Duhon is a game-time decision for tonight's home contest versus the Golden State Warriors due to a right knee contusion. Duhon did not practice on Tuesday. The injury was originally suffered Nov. 2 (Opening Night versus the Charlotte Bobcats). "I've been trying to fight through it," Duhon told members of the media on Thursday. "Some days it feels good, some days it doesn't. Once the ball goes up … you're trying to get a win.
