How did Daniel Gibson end up getting this nickname? Out of all the things you could call him, they pick "Boobie?" It's also pretty odd hearing guys like Craig Sager and Marv Albert saying it, especially when Steve Kerr makes fun of them for it. But how did "Boobie" come about? By the way, he played a hell of a game tonight.
Well, his mother used to call him that when he was a child. So hes just always kept it with him and, even though it's funny it's pretty cool. Its shocking, really. Even though Shannon Brown has shown up so far to be a bust, Gibson has made up for everything. I still think Brown will do some good next year, but right now he hasn't done much. Daniel "Boobie" Gibson has just been amazing, I just don't know enough words to show how I feel about this 2nd round pick stepping it up. And to think, I wanted Dee Brown with our pick.

I know some people wanted him 1st round, but the Cavaliers were gonna take Brown if he was there. We got lucky, and thats just a word Cleveland isn't used to hearing.
