    yeah

I saw this on Hoopshype from the Boston Herald with the same story:
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"In all likelihood, last night was Curtis Borchardt's last game with the Celtics. The club still has to cut one player, and the 7-footer looks good to go. ``I'm pretty sure I know basically where we're going with everything,'' Rivers said. ``You'll find out. There's no rush." Boston Herald</div>

Oh well, and to think, I was hanging my hat on someone hitting the DL, but with Green's play of late, why send him? At the same time, I wonder, why sit him?

Either way, Borchardt did well at what he did, but unfortunately, that wasn't much. And when we traded for him, the expectation is that he wouldn't even make it this far, so more power to him. He's a young big body, and he has a lot more to learn about offense. If he does learn it, he could be talented, but most guys in his position just never catch on. Oh well.

Next up, regular season. I think the Celtics will rise to the mounting challenge in front of them, and they will gain valuable experience in the face of adversity while they're at it. I guess it will be good to have Green deal with a little heartbreak before he gets to manage victory, same with Gomes and Greene. Either way, we look like we're in for a very watchable season.
