<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Raptors won't return to full strength until at least Wednesday. That's when injured power forward Chris Bosh, who has gradually increased his workload over the last couple of days, hopes to play at the Air Canada Centre against the Miami Heat. "I worked out a little bit (yesterday) and my legs felt weak so I need to get in the weight room and do things I couldn't do before and that'll give me the confidence I've been looking for," Bosh said. Bosh has missed Toronto's last eight games with pain in his right knee and the Raptors have lost six of them. His absence has been most dramatic on the defensive end – the Raptors were 11th in the NBA in opposition field-goal percentage when he went out, they've plummeted to 20th now. "You have to have a goal in mind and that's my goal, that's what I'm shooting for," Bosh said of his plans for a Wednesday return.</div> Source: The Toronto Star <u><span style="font-size:18pt;line-height:100%">Bosh eyes Wednesday return </span></u> <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>From the most promising Raptors news in days department, comes this update from Chris Bosh. "Oh yeah, way better," Bosh said when asked how he was feeling. "I'm not having pain where I had pain before. I couldn't walk up stairs. I couldn't back-pedal. I'm (doing all that) without pain now so it's going pretty well." Bosh has been out since Feb. 29 because of a sore right knee. He has been making baby steps the past five or six days, but this latest progress it the most optimistic by far. "I worked out," Bosh said of his day yesterday. "I torched the nets out here. I got back to shooting, doing some dribbling and making some moves in game-like situations. "I'm just trying to get the strength back in my legs. It's going to take a couple of more days because I'm still weak in my leg area so I've got to get a lot stronger before I try to run in a game. I'm probably still a little unstable right now."</div> Source: The Toronto Sun
until this roadtrip raps are on, i didnt know bosh meant that much to raps, buh then again i didnt know TJ Ford was such a ballhug, that wants to be a one man team, furthermore i really believed AB would step up big times, since his playing his old position again
i wanted the raps to keep losing to get the 6th seed, but the 6ers and wizards are playing so well, im not sure what to think, oh well bosh back is positive, as long as he is healthy for the playoffs
As long as he is 100% I would want him back, because I dont want him tweaking the injury and then sit on the sidelines during the playoffs leading to a sweep.
A bit suspicious that last time he chose to return after we played Boston, and this time he'll return after our harsh West coast trip. But clearly we need him back--not so much for what he brings, though it is invaluable, but to erase the mental blockade we've been stuck up against since he went down.
