Pretty obvious that he hasn't decided but the part where he says he's willing to help the Raptors out with a sign and trade if he does decide to leave is sort of a positive.

Bollocks. What player will accept a sign-and-trade to a team that is a good trading partner?

The player a) wants to go to a city of his choice, b) doesn't want to go to a team that will give up too much (be weakened) in the deal, and c) doesn't want the team he leaves to be better without him.

I still think there is only a slim chance he isn't in Toronto more than once next season.

The Bulls traded Scottie Pippen to Houston for Roy Rogers and a 2nd round draft pick. The Bulls facilitated a sign and trade for him so he could get the maximum sized contract possible (years and dollars), and the Bulls got _something_ (weak!) in return.
