I'll be pulling for the Wizards the whole way. Give the Celtics a nice 3 game losing streak! Hope Arenas goes for 35+
Gilbert Arenas, Juan Dixon and Jerry Stackhouse each scored 20+ points with 30+ minutes. Those 3 and Kwame Brown need to be on fire if the Wizards wanna win.
I predict that Pierce will get 40+ points in this game because it's against the Wizards.Somehow they always let other players score so many points.First it was T-Mac with 62pts than Stephen Jackson with 42. The Wizards will need to play better defense if they want to have any chance of winning.I predict the Celtics win by 7.
Here is an interesting fact on Career/Season Highs let by the Wizards this year: 62 points for Tracy McGrady(Career) 42 points for Stephen Jackson(Career) 15 rebounds for Juwan Howard(Season) 28 points for Bob Sura(Season) 22 points for Jason Collier(Career) 138 points for the Atlanta Hawks(Season) We Suck
Well actually the last time Pierce couldn't even hit a shot againt the Wizards and went 7-23 from the field, he had 10 boards and 8 assists though. I say the Celtics take this by 5, Pierce scores 25-30 and Arenas and Stack score 20+ while the rest of the starters except for Haywood are in double figures. If the Wizards can play some good D they could pull this one out.
After 1...Washington winning 30-27 Gilbert Arenas has 10, 3, and 2 already Paul Pierce has 6 Chucky Atkins has 8 Kwame Brown has 2, but only played like 5 minutes, Christan Laettner in and Stackhouse has 8 Now can we keep the lead =========================
Wizards up at the half, 60-54. Stackhouse and Arenas have 15 points each and Dixon and Thomas have 10 points each. Are seeing a whole new wizards team?
Stackhouse officially is not clutch and sucks...he has taken 3 threes within 2 mintues and bricked, and I mean bricked them all...he is killing us...give it to Arenas he is 12/18 from the field
Go wizards, Arenas and Dixon will take over this game in the 4th. I gotta question because i just became a wizards fan but anyways why doesnt christian laettner get any minutes wasnt he a high lottery pick? Kwame is real good but why cant the wizards play laettner instead of Haywood?
Wiz lose 111-102...Paul Pierce dropped 37....argh...Stackhouse lost this game for us...Etan set his career high with 21 points..Kwame had 13 on 5-8 shooting but struggled from the free throw line.
OMG. I think Celtics went on a 9-0 run? To beat the wizards.Wizards suck if they can't keep a lead like that.
IT wasnt the Wizards, Stack was shooting horrible shots, why did the big men give them the ball when they rebounded it when Arenas was on fire, I dont know....get stack out of DC <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">All-Star Paul Pierce kept the Boston Celtics close and his teammates responded late in an important come-from-behind victory. Pierce scored 26 of his 37 points in the second half as the Celtics closed the game with a 14-0 run and handed the Washington Wizards their sixth straight loss, 111-102. Etan Thomas' dunk gave the Wizards a 102-97 lead with 3:46 to play before Pierce scored five straight points to tie the game with just under two minutes remaining. Following an offensive foul on Gilbert Arenas, Ricky Davis buried a 16-foot jumper, and Boston never trailed again. </div> Full Recap Box Score
Here is a summary of Stackhouse's end play: Stack misses a wide open 3 pointer. misses a wide open 3 pointer. gets stripped by Pierce and turns it over for an easy layup. misses a wide open layup on a fastbreak. misses another wide open 3 pointer from the top of the arc. And I thought basketball was a team sport.
Finally people will agree with me, Stack needs to go, he always wants to dominate the ball and he's a low percentage shooter. Arenas had a little too many turnovers today (7), but he was on fire and scored 28 points (12-20), pulled down 6 rebounds and dished out 8 assists. Can you say versatile he recently pulled his averages up to 20, 5 and 5. Pierce started out slow shooting bad, but in the second half he was just hitting and hitting. Like Q Rich said, Stack just killed us at the end, I don't even know what he was doing, the guy is such a hog. Did he not see Arenas draining everything, yet he thinks his low precentage self (8-22) can take over and seal the game. Kwame had another double double recording 13 points (5-8) and 11 rebounds, and Ethan was a beast scoring 21 (6-7 FG, 9-10 FT) and pulling down 7 rebounds. Dixon was a little off today, and Stack was just a retard, he missed 3 three's and a layup in the end of the game man I just hate the guy even more now. Pierce finished with 38 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists, and just lit us up in the 2nd half. We play at New York next, I don't have too much hope for that one.

Josh is an excellent shooter with very good ball handling skills. He can shoot the lights out from down town or take the ball to the hole for a huge dunk. His ability to play more than one position provides nightmares for opposing players and coaches...Loves to back in smaller players and either slash to the basket or kick it out to a perimeter player. He is a very good shot blocker for his height and a good on the ball defender. His unbelievable shooting touch is what separates him from the rest of the pack. A special talent. Weaknesses: Sometimes struggles playing against bigger opponents?Although a proficient rebounder he needs to work on his positioning...Has a tendency to rely on his jumper too much and not take the ball to basket as often as he should...Been known to get down on himself when having an off night Notes: A potential star in the making. Smith has what it takes to make it in the league.</div> Link
