He became only the second player in NBA history to go 0/1/0/0/0 or worse while taking at least 5 shots and missing them all in at least 16 minutes. Meet Russ Schoene https://stathead.com/basketball/player-game-finder.cgi?request=1&ccomp[1]=gt&cval[1]=17&cstat[1]=mp&ccomp[2]=eq&cval[2]=0&cstat[2]=pts&ccomp[3]=lt&cval[3]=1&cstat[3]=trb&ccomp[4]=eq&cval[4]=0&cstat[4]=ast&ccomp[5]=eq&cval[5]=0&cstat[5]=stl&ccomp[6]=eq&cval[6]=0&cstat[6]=blk&ccomp[7]=lt&cval[7]=5&cstat[7]=fga&ccomp[8]=eq&cval[8]=0&cstat[8]=fg&ccomp[9]=gt&cval[9]=5&cstat[9]=tov Both games were losses in Utah EDIT: Schoene only took 2 shots so Bouyea is the ONLY player to accomplish this feat.
He looked very bad out there. Made stupid high risk turnover lazy passes that had little offensive benefit even if they were caught. Got blown by or steamrolled on defense. I didn't expect him to be good, but he should be able to dribble the ball up and hand it to a teammate. If this doesn't immediately improve I'd think the Blazers should look for a 10 day vet or if Brogdon/Scoot are out longer maybe sign someone else in Minaya 2 way spot.
Miami let this dude walk and Portland picks him up on a two-way. He isn't going to be good. They have put him in a tough spot. Hope he gets better with some more time but don't count on it.
I don't expect him to be good. As a PG I do expect him to be able to dribble the ball up court and execute a basic pass.
Yeah, so he won't be waived he'll just be cut from that two way position... that doesn't even mean he'll be on the Remix.
