esno State sophomore forward Braeden Anderson was involved in a serious car accident, and while his playing status for the season remains uncertain, his aunt told ESPN.com he is expected to make a full recovery.

The incident, according to a source, occurred at 9:46 p.m. Tuesday evening in Fresno, Calif. Anderson was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver, walk-on Kyle Jackson, did not sustain any significant injuries, attempted to avoid an oncoming accident and wound up colliding with another vehicle, the source said.

One man was killed in the accident, according to the Fresno Bee.

Anderson suffered neck injuries but does have movement in all of his extremities, sources told ESPN.com. He remains hospitalized.
