I like the simplicity. a 13 layer sig could look good.I see the other layers. You can make a sig with just a player and no background or text have 10 layers. IF you care about retouching your photos instead of just blending tho. I like it though pinoy. Darkness is spreading!!Try adding some text tho with no outerglows.
I would make the sig shorter length-wise, it's that kind of sig. Add some text too, I would suggest a simple text along his jersey in the middle.You made him better looking with the render effects too Not sure what's up with the border toverall, good job. Doesn't look finished though.
