Hell of a career if he indeed is done.

Doesn't sound like someone who wants to keep fighting, but this is typical for old fighters when they lose. A couple of weeks (months?) off and the fire will be burning in him again.

It's been a great career....but I don't see how he can bounce back. It sure looks like his reflexes are going - and with his style, that is dangerous.

Re: Cro Cop hanging up the gloves?

He should retire, he's had so much success in this sport and he can retire with no regrets. The only thing he will regret is if he chooses to keep fighting, it's too risky, especially for him since he has to go against all the heavy hitting HWs. That being said I've secretly wanted to see a Couture vs Cro cop match up and it seems like if Cro Cop wants to keep fighting now would be a good time to sign that fight.

    ^Lol.

He's had a nice career. It woulda been sick to see him get a belt, but I guess it'll have to wait. He shouldn't retire. Just be like Randy.

Dos Santos is for real and I can't wait to see who he fights next. He's gonna be a star in the HW division and a force to be reckoned with.

Cro Cop has been suspended medically until his eye injury is identified. He has already returned to Croatia.

If his heart isn't in it, which he has admitted, he shouldn't be licensed to fight.

Cro Cop has two fights remaining on his contract. In his blog he says he's trying to find motivation to finish up his deal with the UFC, then take a final fight in K-1 as his career send-off.

Eh, if he has to search for motivation, he shouldn't fight.

Re: Cro Cop hanging up the gloves?

If he stays at HW i dunno who'd he fight. I still want to see a Couture vs Cro cop fight, that might work at HW. I'd watch Chuck Liddell vs Cro Cop too (don't know how possible this one is though). Cro Cop vs Noguiera would be dope too. The guys not a contender and if he wants to finish his contract then just put him in some nostalgia fights or fights where he's fighting some older fighter not rising stars.

The Sun and Nokaut are both reporting that Mirko has indeed retired.

I hope he will keep helping Goran Reljic and Zelg Galešić develop.

Cro Cop will be back in Japan. They love him over there. They'll offer him a can to go out on. Hopefully the UFC lets him out of his contract.

He broke his back or something. I think he is rehabbing.
