I heard somewhere that the Suns had the toughest schedule of any NBA team for the month of December. I'm going to give a little breakdown of the schedule through the whole season so far: Wins vs teams at or above .500: 5 Losses vs teams at or above .500: 15 Wins vs teams below .500: 5 Losses vs teams below .500: 5 The Suns are .500 against the teams they are supposed to beat, but look at the record against the better teams in the league. That's not going to cut it if the Suns even want a glimmer of hope for the playoffs. That's not what surprises me mostly though. The fact that the Suns have played twice as many games against winning teams than against losing teams is surprising to me. That is due to how much the West has improved, which hasn't done any good for the Suns.
