    Aside from his more serious roles, Alan Rickman played some great and memorable roles as the bad guy...I really enjoyed him as Hans Gruber but also thought he was great as the the bad guy as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood-Prince of Thieves as well as Elliott Marsten in Quigley Down Under.
