I know I had one of these threads like 3 months ago but since I'm an Administrator now I want to know what I need to improve on, what you think I should be doing, what I'm doing well at. I just want solid feedback. I've been trying to improve on what your suggestions were in the last thread. Thanks guys.
You still have a Mod Team icon, you should get it changed. You are doing an excellent job recruiting, man. Keep that up. I think you also do a pretty good job of cleaning up some of the bad posts and I like how you put an end to people lashing out at each other (like you did to CB4 in the Site Announcements forum). And as a poster, I mean you definitely know your stuff, no arguments there at all. But one thing: sometimes you make too many one-liners. I mean I'm not comparing them to wolverine30's old posts or anything, but sometimes you do make a lot of one-liners. Just throwing that out there, but overall you are doing a very good job man.
Geez BCB, if tony wanted people to know that you were admin he would've just labeled you that. why would you just blatantly go against him like that? same with the reason why that new guy was admin. Tony obviously didn't want it getting out, and you just told people if they wanted to know why they could just im you.

Anyways, he's just trying to get some feedback from the people of the site. No harm in that in my opinion.

I wanted my name to be red, that was it, I wanted a different color. I told Tony if he didn't do that I would leave and go to OTR. I was being silly that night.
