The Brewers are going to (in theory) get a 2nd rounder from the Yankees for Sabathia. The reason being that Mark Teixeira was a higher rated free agent, so the Angels will get a first rounder and the Brewers a 2nd. The Blue Jays are getting really screwed by this because they lost AJ Burnett, their ace, and they're only going to get a 3rd rounder out of it.
