Since coming back from his injury, is it me or is Brian Cook really becoming one hell of a player. Phil has been starting him over Vlad Rad who has been doing good coming off the bench, and what is funny is this would have never happend if Lamar never got injured. So dare I say it? Maybe Lamar's injury was a blessing in disguise..? [IMG] Now, granted Lamar is a HUGE part of this team and we need him desperatly back but for the time being maybe we needed it to happen. Back to Brian Cook..just look at his last few games and last night's game in particular: 11pts, 11rebs, Double-Double in only 18 minutes of play. That is just beautiful. I really like what I am seeing fromr Cookie and it seems like his confidence really rose when he hit that overtime sending 3 pointer againt the Wizards in their loss on Sunday.

Cook just came off a huge game for him, and he only played 18 minutes. That's the thing that really shocked me. Hopefully he can fill LO's spot like this for the remainder of his injury and surprise us again. Here's to Brian Cook! :beerchug:

When I was reading the box score last night, I read Brian Cooks, oh 11 points 11 rebounds...11 POINTS AND 11 Rebound ?!?!?...OK I didn't actually do that, but I did have to read it twice to make sure I hadn't read it wrong.

Yeah, his offensive rebounding was great last night. He's filling in for Odom better than anyone could have hoped.
