Former Georgia Tech swingman Brian Oliver announced via Twitter on Wednesday that he is transferring to Seton Hall. Oliver, a 6-foot-6, 220-pounds native of Glassboro, N.J., will have to sit out this coming season and then would have two years of eligibility with the Pirates.
