Brian Wilson, who had 171 saves in seven seasons as the All-Star closer of the San Francisco Giants, has signed a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Wilson's deal is worth $1 million and also includes performance bonuses, a team source told ESPN's Jim Bowden.
