The Pacers are desperate but if Artest didn't want to go to Sactown, what makes you think he will want to come to the Raptors. Also I think they don't want to trade Artest for any eastern conference team. They want to ship him to the west.
I dont think Artest wants to go the west I think thats the reason he rejected that trade to the Kings. I think he wants to stay in the East just my opinion though.
