In my opinion the Heat should try to get Caron Butler no matter what. He loves this team and he would be great with us here. We can do a trade that involves eddie jones and a 2nd round pick. That trade would take Jones huge contract off our roster, and we can get back a great player with tons of potential that understands the heat strategy. Anyone else like my idea?
The deal would make no sense for the Lakers or Wizards. It's great for the Heat, but keep in mind the Heat will have to get back a bad contract or two if they want to trade Eddie Jones.
No one in their right mind would trade Eddie Jones for Caron Butler...that just wouldn't happen. Plus, Caron Butler didn't really play well his second year in Miami...I think it was because of injuries, but he still didn't mesh well with Dwyane Wade, I don't know if they would be able to now...there is virtually no chance of Miami being able to acquire Caron again unless it's through FA next year, which I doubt will happen because once they sign Shaq, they're salary cap hell.

I'd rather have Eddie Jones on my team than Kwame Brown who is a total headcase. I think he wishes that he was in Miami right now.
