The Cleveland Browns' new brass still doesn't know where Johnny Manziel was prior to the end of the season. Executive VP of football operations Sashi Brown told the media on Thursday the team fined the quarterback for missing a scheduled medical treatment on Jan. 3, the day of the Browns' season finale, but was unsure the reason for the absence. Brown said the team still plans to sit down with Manziel before determining the signal-caller's future.
