Delhomme was absolutely atrocious last year with a 59.4 QB rating. Wallace's career QB rating is 83.1, including it being 87 in 2008 when he threw 242 passes. He also has the ability to scramble for yards. Personally, I think Wallace should get a chance at being a starting QB. Wallace has a shot, but it's Delhomme's job to lose right now. He's taking a good portion of the first team reps, and he looks to be fully over whatever the heck hit him last season in Carolina. Wallace will get snaps in the "Cyclone" package, as well as Cribbs in the "Flash", both of which should be integral parts of the offense this season for 6-10 snaps a game.
