    I'd prefer Gooden.

Gooden is better by far (not to mention younger). I think he's an underrated player.

I think this is just a negotiating tactic. Who knows.

Say no to Gooden. He's horrible, plays zero defense. Joe Smith isn't bad, but he's a grandpa.

I'd rather get Odom and not Gooden. If we don't have a choice, go with Gooden rather than Joe.\

Read an article, I think it was in Foxsports saying that taking the offer off the table was just a tactic to rush Odumb's equally dumb agent.

Yeah I was thinking that too.

I think the 4/36 will always be there for him but we have to fight back somewhat at least.

I think if it comes down to it, we go after Smith or Gooden, hopefully land Smith. I've liked Joe Smith for a while now, especially after I witnessed him and Andre Miller obliviate the Sixer's chances in the Oden/Durant lottery a couple of years back, playing hard and pulling out meaningless wins.

Then at the deadline shop AMMO and Farmar's expirings. Those will be valuable at the deadline, teams deal talent for expiring contracts all the time.

But there's no guarantee Smith/Gooden even sign here.

I'd just rather get Odom back if Smith and Gooden are the only guys we can fall back on. Gooden has no D and I'm not sure Smith is still as good as last year or the year before that.

I said it last night, I'll say it again.

Odom will be a Laker. This is just stupid, petty shit.

What are we going to pay them? The vets minimum or the LLE?

We're going to get Odom back. There's no market for him and there's no way he accepts an MLE deal just to get the years.
