<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> three-pronged scoring attack is a luxury that only a few teams in the National Basketball Association possess.

Before he was injured, Keith Van Horn teamed with Michael Redd and Desmond Mason to give the Bucks a potent three-man offensive attack.

In Washington, the Wizards' Gilbert Arenas, Larry Hughes and Antawn Jamison were the highest-scoring trio in the league before Hughes went down with an injury. Dallas can hurt opposing defenses with the likes of Dirk Nowitzki, Michael Finley and Jerry Stackhouse. Amare Stoudemire, Shawn Marion and Joe Johnson have been lighting up the scoreboard in Phoenix.

In Milwaukee, there's Michael Redd, Desmond Mason and. . . .

"We have to come up with a third scorer," Bucks coach Terry Porter said. "We have Des and Mike but we ride them for so long for stretches of the game that sometimes we need a third guy to go to."

That third guy in Milwaukee had been Keith Van Horn until a right-foot injury hampered him. At the end of last season and into the beginning of this one when he was still healthy, Van Horn teamed with Redd and Mason to provide the Bucks a highly potent three-man offensive attack. With Van Horn's playing time now limited, there is a void at that third-scorer spot and it's where Van Horn's injury has affected the Bucks the most.</div>

well they have to have someone step up. Joe Smith dont go to the boards enough... Kukoc might be an answer. I dont know what else to say but maybe see if they can do some trades because thats all Im seeing they can do.

Kukoc isn't the answer. Sorry. Joe Smith could be the third member. Whenever he gets touches he produces points. That simple. He doesn't get the touches he needs. He doesn't go to the boards? Every rebound I swear Joe is in there battling for it.
