    Good move on the Bucks' part to replace Harris. Grabbing an experienced coach like Carlisle will also help.

    The Bucks need an overhaul badly...

    Don't know much about Hammond but the Pistons are such a well oiled machine, he must be good.

    The Bucks now need to lock up Bogut ASAP and get rid of some of those horrible contracts.

    He'll definitely be an improvement. A very good move by Kohl.

    As an aside, I believe the Pistons' director of basketball operations Tony Ronzone is the real up and coming front office star out of Dumars' staff.
