"The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to see a lot more of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady than they originally planned this preseason. The Bucs announced Friday that they will practice against the Patriots for two days prior to the team's Aug. 24 preseason game at Raymond James Stadium. The practices are slated for Aug. 22 and 23, will likely be held at One Buc Place and are not expected to be open to the public. The workouts mark the first time since 2002 that the Bucs have practiced against a league rival during the preseason. The Bucs, who face the Patriots in their third exhibition game this preseason, practiced against the Dolphins in 2002 in Orlando. The news of the workouts against the Patriots came as the Bucs continued to work toward signing safety Mark Barron, the seventh overall selection in the 2012 draft. Barron is the only unsigned member of the Bucs 2012 draft class, which began training camp workouts ahead of the veterans on Thursday at One Buc. Bucs coach Greg Schiano said he is hopeful Barron will make it into the rookie camp soon, so that he doesn't fall too far behind his teammates."
