Buccaneers rookie receiver Mike Williams was arrested and charged with driving under the influence early Friday morning, according to Hillsborough County Jail records. Williams' blood alcohol level was below the state limit of .08, but a sheriff's department spokesman said that Williams was seen speeding and weaving in traffic in a black Escalade around 2:30 a.m. ET. Sheriff's deputies said his eyes were glassy and he smelled of alcohol. Williams, 23, also submitted to a urine test, which can be requested if the officer suspects a driver is under the influence of something other than alcohol, the spokesman said.
