Bud Norris had the best performance of the season for Houston's beleaguered pitching staff, and it helped the Astros take a series from a division foe. Norris pitched into the ninth inning and Chris Carter homered for the second straight game to help the Astros to a 3-1 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday night.
