Just wanted to see how other Bulls fans felt about this. Whenever the media has been discussing the best teams in the east they always mention Detroit and Miami, while failing to give any respect to us despite the fact we have beaten Detroit twice, and Miami three times this season. Does anyone feel that the Bulls do not get the credit they deserve for their success? Even with the lose to Cleveland today we are still only one game and a half back of Cleveland for the number two seed. I feel like we have proven we can contend with both the Pistons and Miami this season with our performances against them. Thoughts/Opinions?
We don't have a star (Wade/Shaq) or a championship (Pistons). Saying that I want to play Miami. Overrated and pay back for last year.
I don't think we want to play Miami. Shaq's been a beast since Wade went out. But on the subject of respect....we get respect when they speak about details of the game. But they don't talk about us being a contender in the East because we aren't(sorry). We need to work on a couple things before we're mentioned as contenders. We do have a great records against good teams in the league but can we really take a team like Detroit in 7 games? But on the whole we don't get enough respect from the media because they see us as incomplete team because we don't have a a low post precence on offense. But I think Tyrus is going to be awesome, I'm hoping on his fan boat right now, and I think he'll be dangerous next year and he's really come along since the beginning of the season.

Thoughts/Opinions?</div> The '04 Pistons are similiar to the Bulls in alot of ways. No superstars just alot of roll players playing together and sharing the ball. Defense first attitude. We didn't get any respect that year, in fact we weren't even on the championship radar until we made it to the Finals and even then 95% of the basketball world had the Lakers to beat the Pistons. Don't lose faith man I am more scared of you guys then any other team in the East (besides a healthy Heat)
It is not the media that makes a team great. I am not worried about the media's complete blindness to our fantastic club. All that matters is that WE the fans have confidence in our ball club. We crushed the Heat at the beginning of the season, our team has fury potential.
