I'd like to know why the hell the two worst defenders (Gordon and Rose) are the ones guarding Wade. He's got 17 points already. VDN is an idiot.
Wade could snap at any moment. Wade is alot like Kobe in that respect. Once Wade is on, he don't turn off. I'd much rather try to stick Kirk or perhaps Salmons on Wade.
Now D Wade is playing the assist game...he knows how to be effective without scoring. We NEED atleast one player who can score amongst other things. D Wade is "turned on"....now BG or one of our threats needs to turn on.
Wade with 32 points in 31 minutes. 9-13 11-13 from the line. That'd be my definition of an elite scorer.
Wade comes on strong every night...he's really developed his game. He's going to be in the Hall of Fame.
Bulls down 6 against a team with a better record. How are they still in this with Gordon dribbling the ball off his foot every play and escorting Wade to the hoop at the other end?
BG needs to do what he does best and catch and shoot when opened...there is no off switch for D Wade.
BG turned on...2 3 pointers in a row to give us a 1 point lead!...now Ben needs to pull a D Wade and STAY on.
It's not a one man game. You can basically count on Gordon to match or beat the opponent's top scorer; it's up to the rest of the team to win at their positions. <table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr class="yspsctbg"><td class="ysptblhdr" height="18">Top Performers</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="ysptblbdr2"> <table class="yspwhitebg" border="0" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody><tr class="ysptblthbody1"> <td colspan="2" class="yspdetailttl"> Chicago</td> </tr> <tr class="ysptblbdr2"> <td colspan="2" height="1"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td height="60" valign="top"> </td> <td class="yspgens" valign="top" width="100%"> Ben Gordon 12-16, 36 Pts 3 Rebs, 3 Assists </td> </tr> <tr class="ysptblthbody1"> <td colspan="2" class="yspdetailttl"> Miami</td> </tr> <tr class="ysptblbdr2"> <td colspan="2" height="1"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td height="60" valign="top"> </td> <td class="yspgens" valign="top" width="100%"> Dwyane Wade 12-17, 39 Pts 5 Rebs, 8 Assists </td> </tr> </tbody></table> </td> </tr> </tbody></table> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody><tr> <td height="7"><spacer type="block" height="1" width="1"></td> </tr> </tbody></table> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td height="7"><spacer type="block" height="1" width="1"></td></tr></tbody></table>
