<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Chicago team led all teams in the first round, finishing the set of six shots in 39.6 seconds. None of the players missed a ton of shots in a row, and the team was clicking. Chris Duhon brought his new found confidence from Chicago to New Orleans. BJ Armstrong, introduced as an NBA legend before the competition, still has a smooth stroke.

San Antonio is the other team that joined Chicago in the finals. David Robinson missed a plethora of shots at spot one, but redeemed himself later with the half court shot. Tim Duncan struggled a bit from the three point line. My girl, Becky Hammon, of the San Antonio Silver Stars, was the anchor for the Spurs in the first round, making her shots with ease.

The Phoenix Suns team finished third. Their team featured Eddie Johnson and Amare Stoudemire. Eddie Johnson had a moment where he shot out of order, but fortunately for him he missed the shots. All Bulls fans remember when the Bulls finished in less time than the Detroit team last year, but lost, because Ben Gordon shot out of order. The defending champion Detroit team, with Swin Cash, Chauncey Billups, and Bill Laimbeer lost in embarassing fashion. None of the players could hit a shot.

Team San Antonio went first. Duncan, Robinson, and Hammon hit three shots in a row to set up the half court shot. Tim Duncan, this time, knocked down the half court shot. Spurs finished in a quick 35 seconds.

The Chicago team looked like they were going to take the title, as Duhon, Armstrong, and Dupree hit the first five shots with ease. Unfortunately, the three couldn’t knock down the half court shot to seal up the victory. Chris Duhon finally sank the half courter at 51 seconds.

Reggie Miller stated, that San Antonio with two seven footers winning the contest, set shooters back a hundred years.</div>

I'm glad we sent Duhon to a shooting contest.
