<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Bulls will sign Ronald DuPree to a 10-day contract today after waiving Linton Johnson on Tuesday. DuPree, 22, is a 6-7, 209-pound small forward who averaged 16.9 points and shot 55.6 percent for the Huntsville Flight of the National Basketball Development League. One of the Detroit Pistons' last cuts in training camp, DuPree is likely to stick around for a while. "He's a long, athletic kid and an explosive player,'' Bulls coach Scott Skiles said. "A lot of teams were lining up for him, and we got him. And I'm going to play him [tonight] against Miami.'' </div> Source
Dupree was signed to a second 10 day contract, does anyone know what's goin top happen after that ? Is he stayin till the end or no... I think he should stay, he's been "passable" in this 6 games that he played.
Isn't Dupree the one who scored 18 points and had nine rebounds in his NBA debut versus the Miami? This guys awsome. He will make great changes in the Bulls franchise. He is already averaging 10.8 points a game and has a great shot. Expect him to snap off some time this year.
^ Yeah, that's the guy. He has been playing excellent, and he is only a 22 year old rookie. He will improve a lot over the course of the year IMO. Should be fun to watch.
He's been one of the few bright spots for the Bulls this season. Glad to see him sign another 10 day contract
