Care to elaborate on what the positives would be? Have you ever even seen Livingston play? He's a pointguard, who doesn't need to score to be effective, and he's a high schooler. Well guess what? We need offense, and we need it NOW. We need a top-tier swingman, not another HS project, especially not a pointguard.

Definitely. You can always tell who hasn't been keeping up with the Bulls this year when they suggest another point guard to replace Jamal Crawford.

I think its clear that the Bulls will try to draft Luol Deng if they can get him, and if not, they're likely to trade their draft pick in order to acquire that scorer.

Jamal doesn't have any real choice, whoever he signs an offer sheet with It will likely be matched by the Bulls. In case you forgot he is a restricted free-agent.

I agree. But, knowing the Bulls, another PG is the way to go. [IMG] I also think the Bulls will draft Deng, and I would love to see it.

Another point guard? No way. Crawford is probably gone, so Deng would be ideal. Another crazy thought is that they trade the pick for an established vet.

Ok you need to understand It doesn't matter If Crawford doesn't want to return If Bulls want him back he will return. He is a restricted FA.

Defense brings wins. Ok, so do we draft somebody on the sole purpose of their defense even if it doesn't fulfill the teams' needs? We need help, NOW. We haven't any time to wait on a project to become a star, and especially not a pointguard. I've seen Livingston play, I personally think he isn't even close to NBA ready. He's 170 lbs (last time i checked) and he's at 6'6, and he needs to work on his jumper some, too. He needs to go to college.

I say we draft Deng if Okafor is not available.
