Yeah I watched so many videos about this. Alot about it all being a conspiracy and that Bush was responsible and all. Convinced me.

With any tragedy there will be people saying it was a conspiracy. Those people are retarded. I mean people think the holocaust was a conspiracy. After visiting that museum in DC, you can't say that.
Its things like this is why everyone thinks Bush is retarded. He misspeaks constantly, so a misspeak here isn't anything to base an entire conspiracy theory on.

If yall didnt know, Bush(or any president) usually doesn't talk free handedly but when speaking to a group he has a story or a speech written for him. This was probably something written up for him weirdly got approved and he said it. If you try hard enough, you can find stuff like this with every president.
