A New York restaurant is advertising its Valentine's day lunch. Dessert is "chocolate mouse brownie", described as "chocolate brownie stuffed with chocolate mouse".

For clarification to the reader, I spell that word " its' " which shows the possessive form. Yeah, technically incorrect but the reader sees immediately what's going on and that's what really matters.

Without further clarification 'it' would have to be a pronoun.
As far as being correct, I already said that it was technically incorrect but that its' intent is immediately recognizable.
