<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">In the hallway at Verizon Center right now and wanted to get the word out. Coach Eddie Jordan said Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison practiced today and will start tomorrow night against Atlanta, barring any overnight relapses. Butler just spoke to reporters and said he's going for sure. He wanted to go right up to tip off last night but the back was still tight and he wanted at least one more day to get it right.</div> This is great news. Lately, Arenas has been ice cold lately, but that's mostly because of the extra attention teams give him on defense having 2 other playmakers sitting on the bench, it puts a lot more pressure on Arenas. This tough stretch was a good opportunity for EJ to get some young guys in playing time like Darius Songalia and Roger Mason Jr. and getting them PT and contributing will help them in the playoffs when we need them.
Wizards Insider: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Wizards will be whole again tonight against the Atlanta Hawks because Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison will be back in the starting lineup but here's what Wiz fans should really be focused on: I spoke with Gilbert Arenas earlier today and he said he's "figured it out." He was speaking of course, about his recent bad stretch of shooting. Gilbert has periodically talked about a sore right shoulder and today, he met with one of the team doctors who, according Gilbert, discovered a problem with his right clavicle. "He said it was pushed in and that' s why I didn't have my normal range of motion," Arenas said. "So he messed around with it, popped something back into place and now I feel a lot better." The injury goes back to a collission Arenas had with sturdy Bucks forwards Ruben Patterson back in December and Arenas sait it has affected his shooting motion and his range. Over the past 12 games, Arenas had made 19 of 101 three-point attempts and it's been obvious that something hasn't been right with his stroke. I've seen too many times when he releases a shot and immediately starts running where he thinks the rebound is going to be. That's not Gilbert, who thinks the problem is now solved. "I won't have my long range shot, not yet, that's going to a take awhile but I my mid-range shot is going to be fine," Arenas said. "The hibachi is back baby!" </div>
