Pritchard Could Be Leading Candidate For Hornets GM Job Kevin Pritchard has emerged as a leading candidate to replace Jeff Bower as general manager of the Hornets. Pritchard worked with head coach Monty Williams while the two were in Portland. "I don't want to comment about somebody we might be considering, " Williams said of Pritchard. "But I worked for him, and he did a lot to help that organization (Portland)." Besides Pritchard, the Hornets could also consider former Cleveland Cavaliers general manager Danny Ferry, former Golden State general manager Chris Mullin, Detroit Pistons President of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars, former New Jersey Nets general manager Kiki Vandeweghe and Denver Nuggets Vice President of Basketball Operations Mark Warkentien, whose contract will not be renewed for the upcoming season. Re: Pritchard Could Be Leading Candidate For Hornets GM Job This is leading to the biggest fail in the history of the franchise.... And thats saying something
Well the book on KP is he over values his players . . . this could be a good thing. He still values Rudy and thinks he will devlop into a solid NBA player.
Seriously, if he were to take the job and even manage to improve the team/build around Paul via trades, I would hate him forever. It would have been the right choice to let him go.
KP would be a good move for the Hornets. I'm not sure that if I were KP, NO would be my first choice... but sometimes beggers can't be choosers. Ed O.
You hate people who succeed? I don't understand how KP being the GM there would Help us get CP3, I think it would crush our chances.
