Texas Rangers lefty C.J. Wilson said he will be fine and ready for Opening Day. Wilson came out of Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Cubs with left hamstring tightness. Wilson had thrown 50 pitches and threw some more in the bullpen to finish his day just as a precaution. Wilson said his legs felt sore even before his start after going through sprints on Friday. "Then we had that long first inning and I couldn't get them loose," Wilson said. "I knew I wasn't going to have anything on the ball, so I worked on off-speed stuff.
