Seeing how Lesnar vs Carwin played out, I don't see Cain having anything that could harm Brock.

Cain is a hell of a wrestler with good striking. I just think he's going to be too small for Brock. If he can keep it standing, somehow, I think he'd beat him.

As of right now though, I got Brock via being bigger.

Brock showed he has more to his game than just ground and pound. Velasquez has his hands full.

I wouldn't say he has more to his game after just one showing. He can turtle up and block punches with his forearms and he can take down a completely gassed fighter and choke him out. Cain's gas tank is probably much better than Carwin's.

I think he showed he can take a beating and not get tired or discouraged. He showed he had heart. He showed he has at least some gamesmanship (letting Carwin gas out rather than spend his own energy to get up and out). He's also got a developing BJJ game (mount escape, achieved mount, side choke/arm triangle).

Velasquez is a different fighter than Carwin. Good boxing, great/excellent cardio, high level wrestler, young, and improving. But does he have anything for a bigger opponent who will put him on his back?
