Its almost a moot point now, but Antonio Silva, who tested positive for Boldenone following his title fight victory over heavyweight tomato can Justin Eilers, has had his appeal rejected by the NSAC. Silva's one year suspension will stand as will his meager $2500 fine. Silva would likely be stripped of his EliteXC heavyweight title but that really isn't important now that the company is defunct.
