Well one of the players on the team (Brett Pill)went to my school (Covina High) and he just came through soo big for Fullerton right now. It was the 9th inning and they were down by a run. Once they had gotten two outs the next person got a base hit. Then Brett came up,got a double and it was the biggest play of the game. The guy who came after him hit the ball right past the pitcher and the shortstop bobbled the ball. Two runs came in,including Brett and now they are heading onto the next round of the College World Series.
Wow. I was going with Georgia Tech to win this one. They were winning when I stopped watching, but sounds like Cal State made a nice comeback.
Yeah they lost. It was pretty sad the way they did also. But Fullerton gave it all they had so they did a nice job.
