The article also talks about Rickey Paulding signing a one-year deal to play for Hapoel Jerusalem because the Pistons don't have any more roster spots.

i believe eldens trade value may have went up a bit considering on how good of a job he did on shaq in the finals.

but i think his age is a hindering factor.

my hopes for this trade outcome involve the bucks. i hope they can aquire elden for cheap which they porbally can from the pistons due to the excess of bodies they have at the five.

and then make their trade with portl for zbo which i think would be pretty decent.

if it means that Darko gets more PT, i'm all for it.

Elden was a good commodity during the Laker's series and a strong 7 footer. he can still hit that baseline jumper, so he'll be an asset on someone's team.

if the bucks are gonna trade for zbo after aquiring elden, it would probably involve either desmond mason or michael redd. it would probably involve gadzuric (sp) too since the blazers have too many guards already. it would be pretty hard to pull something off between those two teams

I think they should hold on to him w/ his performance in the finals.

he'd make a great raptor and could help mentor bosh and arujuo

elden is exactly what the raps need

Now that the Bulls are losing Mutumbo I think Eldon would be a good mentor for the big men in Chicago but how to make it happen is the question. There are only 2 pieces of the Bulls puzzle I would like to give up at this time and they are E-Rob and Adrian Griffin.

I believe that they need to trade Elden for Darko to continue to develop. Now that they have signed Mcdyess Elden has become expendable so for say. Elden does not have the best contract in the world, but he is still more than a quality roll player when healthy like he showed in the finals.

I think that he would do well in either Chicago or Toronto both have young guys that need someone to teach them how to play the game. A lot of people now a days over look Elden and forget how good he was in his prime, not to mention the fact that a big need in Toronto is a big man that can deliver now (the reason for them passing up Nelson in the draft). Although a question I would offer to the Pistons is if they trade Elden how much would they want in return exactly?
