yes, look at cullpepper and moss. i see that as Donavon and TO, (just TO is a litlle less dominant then moss), a great D, a great O that willl give headaches, yes they will get it done.

We have Donavon at quarterback(say what you want, but when he was last healthy he was going to be the league MVP) and TO, Westbrook, LJ Freddie(who will take a hit and go over the middle unlike TO) and Pinkston. you can do so much, with all of this speed, Put LJ or West in the slot, motion Pinkston, and theres so much speed for so little defense. look, TO gets doubled, that leaves West and LJ and Freddie to run wild, pinky to, but he has to learn how to get off the line first, thats going to create potential for a big play all over the field, not to mention we have the second best Rushing QB in the league who will run to, thats going to create so many headaches for defenses.

then on D, we have a decent front 4, Simon, Burgess(who when he was healthy had alot of potential) and KEarse with the pass rush, Walker is a steady DT, our LBs wont be worn down by week 6, the D-line will stay fresh with all the depth, then our DBs will benefit from all the pass rushing(rember we were league leaders in sacks for a period of time before last year), Dawkins is a great S, Michael LEwis is a budding star and Lito and Sheldon will be so much better with a great front 4, that will cause headaches. The only thing our D doesnt have is the ability to force TO, we dont get alot of picks or forced fumbles, but we do do better than most is shut down teams in the redzone, we won 3 games last year because we had great goal line stands.

there, you asked for it, i gave it to you, my *official* Philadelphia EAgles rant of the day.

A great O? To quote John McEnroe, "You can not be serious!" I'll say it again. After you shut down TO, you are back to the last fewyear possibly worse as there is no proven running game.

The only thing Terrell will be known for this year is being the player whose jerseys sell the most.

The only reason Kearse switched teams is he knew was the 2nd best RDE in the AFC behind Jason Taylor. Provided, JK remains healthy. Lito & Sheldon etc, etc,...

Dawk; Like that Seinfeld episode, you can begin every thread, "the Eagles are great yada yada yada they won't win the NFC East. It would make things so much easier.

with TO taking double coverage that will open up the field for all the other people, LJ and Westbrook will take advantage of that because they have great speed, Freddie will do good because he loves going over the middle, pinky has to learn how to get off the line first, its a offense that will be better, and with TO YOU all know it will make us better, admit it.

why do we always have this discussion

I think the only way you get to the SB is by a little luck, you need every ball to bounce your way. I think they can get there, because who is there to stop them? The Seahawks is the only team I can see getting there, but who is better than the Eagles. The only thing that would stop the Eagles from getting there is injuries.

yea... but we fought through many injuries and we weere still missing soem important links in that game... yes Stinkston and thrash killed us... but if the Cheap sghot nver happened we wouldve won... i mean we got inside the 30 twice w/ less than 5 to go...both times we got picked near the end zone

no we would have won if Pinkston didnt be a pussy and went over the middle like he was supposedto (that INT led to a score) and pinky would have held onto that deep ball, and thrash didnt deflect the pass on his chest. despite the cheap shot, westill could have won if our WRs showed up

Yea Moss and Culpepper are dominate but have they ever made it to the super bowl. There is no way they'll make it this year or the year after or maybe never.

C'mon...Culpepper and Moss with the right surrounding cast could definitely make it to the SB. The Vikings have one of the healthiest cap situations for years to come...why can't the team put together a Super Bowl caliber team?
