Jeff Skinner has picked up right where he left off last season when he became NHL's youngest rookie of the year winner. Skinner and Chad LaRose had two goals apiece Tuesday night, lifting the Carolina Hurricanes to a 4-2 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.
