The defensive duo are back in full training and have been named in Schuster's squad of 18 for the trip to the coast, meaning that Sergio Ramos can move to his native right-back position and Michel Salgado will once again leave the starting XI. However, Royston Drenthe, himself an option for Heinze's prefered left-back role, has been missed out entirely, much to the young Dutchman's digust. With Drenthe, a high-profile summer signing, joining Soldado and Jordi Codina in the 'dropped' bracket, the ex-Feyenoord man was visibly angry with his treatment on Tuesday. Gonzalo Higuain, too, has been left out, but for injury reasons and not those of form, while Mamadou Diarra has returned to the fold, possibly to start ahead of Fernando Gago in the central midfield. Pepe will be given another few days to recover before rejoining the squad. The squad of 19 in full: Goalkeepers: Casillas, Dudek. Defenders: Sergio Ramos, Cannavaro, Metzelder, Heinze, Marcelo, Miguel Torres, Michel Salgado. Midfielders: Sneijder, Diarra, Guti, Robinho, Gago, Balboa, Baptista. Forwards: Raul, Van Nistelrooy, Saviola.
