    I think it's a useless appeal but I think he wants to get his point across about the officials contact with him.

    He doesn't since the suspension ends his season and career as a Ranger. Moving forward he would have to have a contract offer to continue in the NHL.

    It's too bad, he couldve possibly played against another one of his former teams if they make the finals.
